The Need

Every organization has empowered people managers – these are the ones who make decisions for their teams. The ones who keep their team engaged, at all times. Choose from our learning and team engagement options

Trust – The Joint Task Force

For building better trust and collaboration within your teams, we recommend Joint Task Force as the best option. In this fully 3D digital activity, a team of 4 will attempt to reach the next level by collaborating.

Each of the four will be in a different virtual environment. See the image as a reference. You can click and drag within this image to look around, possibly move within the area and find clues. Interestingly, some of the clues will actually help your teammates to exit rather than yourself. So, if you exit before the others, chances are that they will be stuck. So you need to collaborate, help each other and find a way to escape together.

Takeaways

  • Collaboration
  • Communication
  • Time Management
  • Can be used as a fun activity as well as powerful learning

Change

Virtual Engagement Change

Change is something we have all learned to cope with – and yet, it seems so difficult. Try this great online simulation called 20 weeks. In this activity, the team represents a company that has the potential to be bought out at a fantastic price – IF, they can achieve a certain target before the end of 20 weeks.

Needless to say, each week some new wrinkle will question their thought process and decisions. Their ability to adapt and make changes will be the determining factor as to whether they can win or not.

Takeaways

  • Adaptability
  • Accept Change
  • Better Decisions
  • Discussion and learning oriented
  • Lots of Fun

Customer Focus

The Customer is Queen activity is perfect for any customer focus event. In this program, the teams will be out of their comfort zone and have to work together to ensure customer delight. They will have a budget (which they cannot exceed), a company performance (where they will score negative for poor decisions) and a unique set of customer emotions that will immediately provide feedback on whether the customer likes your choice or not.

Takeaways

  • Customer Focus
  • Iterative Feedback
  • Better Decisions
  • Works as team engagement as well as a learning focused activity

Custom Builds

Passion

Depending on your team needs, it is possible to build custom activities for you. Best done at an organization level where we can leverage brand alignment, culture & values.

Takeaways

  • Brand Alignment
  • Competitive
  • Bonus for those who get it right
  • Highly engaging

Monthly Fun Engagement

Showcased here is our most popular activity. In Around the World, your team has to explore different locations around the world to find a certain treaure before either time runs out or others beat them to it.

This is a highly engaging 3D experience that measures performance of teams under time and peer pressures. Similar to this, we have a multitude of 3D immersive and static screen gamified options that can engage your teams in a fun session as well as provide great learning.

Takeaways

  • Highly Engaging
  • Competitive
  • Unique
  • Measures against time and peer pressure

Suggested Schedule

Here is a sample / suggested schedule of five activities spanning 3 months.

Week 1

Let’s just build the energy by doing something fun. Possibly the wizard, or another static screen activity. This will generate interest and fun

Week 4

Time to up the ante. Let’s do a Customer Focus learning activity here. This will ensure your team understand the importance of learning while still having a fun and engaging digital medium to explore.

Week 7

Another fun activity – let’s try Around the World or one of the other 3D immersive options. This ensures we’re showing a higher level from previous versions as well as keeping everyone anticipating the next.

Week 10

Let’s start putting teams to the test now. 20 Weeks or a similar simulation will help to keep everyone on their toes and thinking.

Week 13

By this time, your teams have understood the learning and fun mechanisms. Joint Task force would be ideal to take your teams up a notch. Highly motivating and punchy – but not for entry level teams

Next Steps

Each of the activities will fall within the range of 30-60 min. This is without facilitation as we believe the people managers would be able to manage this on their own. The activities are all highly engaging.

Once you decide what you like, we would like to schedule a quick demo of a few of the activity suggestions.

Post the Demo, we can finalise the scheduling, the costs and the facilitation module.
